JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA ORAL ORDER 22-12-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the petition an amount of Rs.3,49,000/- has been released in favour of the petitioner and, thus, he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an appeal before the appellate authority to claim rest of the amount. In view of such, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
