2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner committed robbery in the house of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the informant is not eye witness of the occurrence. He has not been named in the FIR.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that during investigation it has been detected in the nearby CCTV footage that petitioner was roaming near the informant's house at the relevant time. During course of investigation, witnesses have stated that they saw the petitioner near the place of occurrence. Moreover, petitioner has

6. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation and the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
