JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2015 The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed against the order dated 2.12.2013 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dumraon, Buxar in Misc. No. 11 of 2009 whereby the Circle Officer has been directed to remove the obstruction from closed drainage with the help of the Officer-in-Charge of concerned police station.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave in order to file an appropriate application before the authority concerned.

Leave is granted.
