2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, in the backdrop of petty feud, an altercation took place between the parties and in consequence thereof, the accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant and while his mother came to rescue, she was also assaulted. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he snatched gold chain.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61529 of 2024(2) dt.23-08-2024 2/2 that the injury suffered is not of sharp cutting weapon rather it is caused by hard and blunt substance.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner named above, is directed to file bail bond before the court below after three months from today and on doing so, the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Saran at Chapra in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024.
