ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 14-08-2015 Since the Opposite Party has indulged in even more serious offence subsequent to his release on bail and thus, misused the privilege of bail, hence his bail granted by order dated 28.3.2012 passed by the Additional District & Sessions Judge IV, Gaya vide B.P. No.92 of 2012/572 of 2012 in connection with Civil Line P.S. case No.277 of 2011 is hereby cancelled. The Opposite Party is directed to immediately surrender in the Court below, failing which strict action shall be taken against him.

The Trial court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party, for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witness for their examination along with a copy of this order to the S.P., Gaya, who is directed to ensure the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29183 of 2012 (4) dt.14-08-2015 2/2 attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the trial.

Application stands allowed.
