The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ishak Chak P.S. Case No.188 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 406, 409, 467, 468, 120-B, 506 Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Bhagalpur.

As per written report, petitioner and other accused persons are the employees of non-banking company, Janalakshmi Financial Services Limited. Allegation against petitioner is that he in conspiracy with other accused persons named in the First Information Report fraudulently misappropriated `31,80,000/- of the said company. It is further alleged in the written report that on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6141 of 2017 (3) dt.17-03-2017 2/2 enquiry about 106 matters came to light in which either name or photos or address or signature have been forged, which supports the allegation that this petitioner and other accused persons have misappropriated the money of the company by adopting illegal means.

Keeping in view the serious allegation against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer is rejected.

The petitioner may surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
