JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-11-2019 The present modification petition has been filed to implead the District Education Officer, Munger as party respondent no.9 to the main writ petition i.e. CWJC No. 5683 of 2019, which has been disposed of by this Court by an order dated 27.03.2019.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the appropriate authority to examine the case of the petitioner is District Education Officer, Munger and not the

Patna High Court MJC No.3246 of 2019(6) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 District Education Officer, Lakhisarai, hence, it is further prayed that in the order dated 27.03.2019, modification be made to the extent that instead of the respondent no.6, the newly added respondent No. 9 i.e. the District Education Officer, Munger be directed to examine the case of the petitioner. M.J.C. No. 3246 of 2019 is allowed and it is directed that the District Education Officer, Munger be treated to have been added as respondent no. 9, in the array of parties, to the main writ petition i.e. CWJC No. 5683 of 2019. It is further directed that the directions issued to the respondent no.6 vide order dated 27.3.2019 shall be deemed to be the directions issued to the newly added respondent no. 9, i.e. the District Education Officer, Munger.
