The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No.725 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 30(a) and 38(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is clear from the first information report itself that recovery of the foreign liquor is from the semi-constructed house of the petitioner in which no one was found living. Considering the aforesaid fact, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
