The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 324, 354, 504, 379, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner gave farsa blow causing injury on the head of the informant.

Learned Sessions Judge has mentioned in the impugned order that photocopy of the injury report filed on behalf of the petitioner reveals that a lacerated wound was found on occipital region of the informant for which she was advised for CT

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7410 of 2017 (2) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 scan. The CT scan report shows that a small hematoma was found on the right occipital parietal region on her scalp. In such circumstance, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2016 and seek regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed off on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court. (Sanjay Priya, J) Shageer/- U T
