2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 388 of 2023 instituted under Sections 447, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 387 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including the petitioner came to the door of the informant and assaulted the informant with iron rod resulting in fracture of the hand for non-fulfillment of extortion money.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute between the informant and relative of the petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S.
