The Petitioners seek revision of the order dated 14.9.2006 by which the Sessions Judge, Vaishali, in Criminal Revision No. 302 of 2005 set aside the order dated 13.12.2005 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in Complaint Case No. C-11817 of 2005.

Having gone through the reasons why the Complaint was dismissed, I am of the opinion that the revisional order is bad and deserves to be set aside.
