Taking into consideration that one country made pistol and one magazine were recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 17.10.2014 and having more or less similar allegation co-accused Ashok Tanti has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Mufassil P.S. Case no. 198/2014.
