The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Janki Nagar P. S. Case No. 146 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 353 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant is women supervisor in the office of Child Development Project. It is alleged that on 24.10.2016, she went to Primary School, Balli Singh Tola, Ward No.10 of Rupouli Uttar Panchayat for appointment of Anganwari Sevika. During the course of preparation of merit list, the petitioners assaulted the informant, torn the registers and misbehaved with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10463 of 2017 (3) dt.17-04-2017 2/2 her.
Leanred counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the case. No occurrence as alleged by the informant has ever taken place. Prior to institution of this case, Gajendra Sharma has made complaint about illegal preparation of merit list and wrong mapping register, but the woman supervisor has made specific allegation against the petitioners that they assaulted as well as humiliated her while she was preparing merit list.
Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
