The petitioner seeks bail in Nirmali P.S. Case No. 52 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. The name of petitioner has transpired in confessional statement of co-accused Farooque. No Test Identification Parade has been held in this case. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 9.7.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
