2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 601 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 353 and 332 of the IPC.

3. This is successive anticipatory bail petition after rejection of first anticipatory bail, which was rejected through Cr. Misc. No. 11825 of 2018 vide order dated 27.02.2018 by one of the learned Co-ordinate Bench of this court.

It is submitted by learned counsel that the occasion to file present successive anticipatory bail of petitioner is that other co-accused persons having same allegation, namely Binod Ram, Vijay Ram and Kabali Ram were granted anticipatory bail by one of the learned Coordinate Bench of this Court through Cr. Misc. No. 78574 of 2023 vide order dated 04.12.2023. It is submitted that this be taken as changed circumstances to file present successive bail petition.

Considering aforesaid as similarly situated coaccused persons subsequently granted anticipatory bail by one of the learned Co-ordinate Bench of this court, accordingly the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai/concerned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 601 of 2015
