JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-03-2017 The prayer is for modification of the order dated 8.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52534 of 2016 whereby the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail. The prayer is to extend the time for furnishing the bail bonds as the petitioner could not furnish the bail bonds up till now due to illness of his sister, who is suffering from cancer.

Considering the facts and circumstances, further time for four weeks is allowed, subject to condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.500/- (Rs. five hundred) in the Victim Compensation Fund.
