Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that a stolen motorcycle was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 01.07.2019. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where
