The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 922 of 2018 arising out of Ara Nawada P.S.Case No. 364 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) and 38(1(2), 41(I) (II) and 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that in total 3438.72 litres of illicit foreign liquor, 596 pieces of Usha Shewing Machine and different types of mobile sets were recovered from the truck of this petitioner. Petitioner is the driver-cum-owner of the aforesaid truck, therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is rejected.

Petitioner is granted liberty to renew prayer for bail
