2. An order dated 08.01.2019, passed by the Managing Director, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., Patna has been put to challenge in the present writ application whereby punishment has been imposed on the petitioner in a departmental proceeding.

3. There is appeal provided against the order passed by the disciplinary authority imposing punishment, which the petitioner is said to have availed by filing an appeal.

4. It is stated in the writ application that the appeal has not yet been decided by the Principal Secretary of the Department, who is the appellate authority.

5. Let the appeal filed by the petitioner be disposed of by the Principal Secretary of the Department within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
