2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No.99 of 2025 registered under Sections 274, 275 and 3(5) of the B.N.S and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. There is recovery of 270 litres of Nepali country made liquor from the scorpio.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is neither owner of the seized vehicle nor he has any concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in jail since 09.07.2025 and he

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Jhanjharpur in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No.99 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No.425 of 2025.
