This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 323, 504, 427 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is daughter-in-law of the informant. Allegation is that for land dispute she committed arson in the house.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact the petitioner has been falsely implicated just to pressurize to make partition.

In respect of the nature of allegation, since, the petitioner, above named, who is a female, in the event of her arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, let her be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with
