Petitioner seeks bail in Rajpur P.S. Case No.275 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, it is alleged that this petitioner along with Satyendra Singh fired on the informant causing injury in his shoulder and chest. It is further alleged that other accused persons, as named in the written report, also fired. Injury report is available in the case dairy from which it appears that doctor has found pellet injury on the person of the injured. Opinion of the injury has been kept reserved. Petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62584 of 2018 (3) dt.02-11-2018 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No.275 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
