The petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2019 in connection with Excise Case No. 35/2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition of Liquor and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather the same has been recovered from the Bolero Vehicle in which he was traveling, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge II, Banka-cum- Special Court, Excise Act,
