Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 307 and other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Damage to Property Act read with Section 61 of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Taking into consideration that co-accused Kashi Nath Bhagat @ Kashi Nath Singh having more or less similar allegation has already been granted privilege of bail and petitioner, too, does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Siwan Muffasil
