The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 179 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is the husband of the deceased.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the instant case trial has already commenced. The evidence of the informant has already been recorded in the Court below. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial by giving short adjournments and make efforts to conclude the same as
