2. The petitioner is in custody since 12.05.2016 in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 143 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated. In any event, statement is made at the Bar that the petitioner is of tender age of about 20 years.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate V, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 143 of 2016.
