1. Heard learned counsel for the appellants and learned Special P. P. for the State.

2. The appellants have challenged the order dated 22.07.2024 passed by the learned Special Judge (SC/ST)-cum1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in connection with A.B.P. No.1521 of 2024 arising out of Barun P. S. Case No.209 of 2024, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, whereby their prayer for grant of anticipatory bail

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.3856 of 2024(3) dt.01-10-2024 2/2 has been rejected.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to allow the appeal as there is specific allegation against Mahendra Chandravanshi of causing firearm injury to Ravindra Paswan and Nakul Chandravanshi is alleged to have assaulted Ravindra Paswan causing injury on head.

4. The prayer of the appellants for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
