The petitioner claims that the order dated 6.1.2014 passed in CWJC No. 2824 of 2013 has been willfully disobeyed by the opposite parties.

In the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties, it is stated that the claim of the petitioner has been considered by appointing an Enquiry Committee and on the basis of the enquiries it was found that the petitioner had inflated the

Patna High Court MJC No.1286 of 2015 (2) dt.15-11-2016 2/2 figures and after keeping certain amounts pending the rest amount of Rs. 68,250/- has been paid to the petitioner. In the aforesaid circumstances, the order under contempt appears to have been complied with.

The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed.
