Mira Kumari, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. This is 5th attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner.

At the very outset, learned senior counsel for the petitioner accepts that in this case all the witnesses have already been examined, however he tried to persuade the court that in medical evidence there is some contradiction. The court is of the opinion that since all the witnesses have already been examined, there is no reason to examine the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29978 of 2016 (2) dt.20-07-2016 2/2 evidence, which is the look out of the trial court. The prayer for bail again stands dismissed.
