1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) To quash and set aside the office order contained in Letter No. D-V-03/2023-EC-VI dated 28.06.2023 issued under the signature of respondent DIGP CRPF, Mokama Ghat, Bihar, Patna in pursuant to compliance of order dated 02.08.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 206 of 2018 as well as in compliance to orders passed in M.J.C. No. 206 of 2018 filed by petitioner in earlier round of litigation petition has been removed from service with retrospective effect i.e. 24.08.2017 affirming the earlier order of removal from service without

Patna High Court CWJC No.13639 of 2023(2) dt.26-02-2024 2/2 taking into consideration the subsequent development under which petitioner has been acquitted in alleged criminal case.

(ii) For a direction upon the Respondents concerned to instate the petitioner in service with all consequential monetary benefits including giving the benefit of continuity in service."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 28.06.2023, passed by the Deputy Inspector General of Police, C.R.P.F., Mokama Ghat, Bihar, Patna, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of three weeks from today, the Appellate Authority shall consider the same on merits and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
