The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bettiah (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 382 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant and his family members.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that present case is counter blast of Bettiah Muffasil Case No. 374 of 2021. The allegation is general and omnibus and the F.I.R. has been

No.68110 of 2021(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 lodged after 8 days of alleged occurrence to put pressure on the petitioners and his family members to withdraw the case filed by the family members of the petitioners against the informant. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 382 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
