JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The present application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 05.04.2016, passed in Criminal Revision No.1754/2014, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Madhubani, whereby the learned Judge upheld the order dated 07.03.2014 passed by the learned CJM, Madhubani, whereby process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32995 of 2016 (2) dt.18-04-2017 2/2 commenced, but the issue has been reconciled between the informant and her husband. The petitioner has been simply dragged into the issue since she is sister of the husband of the informant.

In that view of the changed stage of trial, this application has now become infructuous.

Accordingly, this application is disposed of as having become infructuous with a liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions before the learned Court below at the appropriate stage.
