ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-03-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 8.4.2015 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge Vth, Buxar in Criminal Revision No.83 of 2014/ C.I.S. No.623 of 2014, by which he has allowed the revision and set aside the order dated 25.3.2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Buxar in C.C. No.1001(C) of 2007 (Trial No.832 of 2014), by which he has dismissed the petition filed under Section 311 Cr.P.C.

Considering that this is a second revision in the garb of an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. and no patent illegality could be pointed out, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is dismissed.
