This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 47, 51, 54, 57, 63 and 64 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

The recovery of foreign liquor was from the vehicle of co-accused, Sanjiv Kumar Tripathi, who has already been allowed anticipatory by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 686 of 2017.

Allegation in the first information report is that the recovered liquor was to be supplied to the petitioner. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no such type of criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be
