In this case, the petitioner has raised a grievance that the order of this Court dated 18.07.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 20842 of 2013 has not been complied.

The matter primarily relates to appointment of Vice Chancellor, tenure itself is over long time ago and pursuing this matter is completely wasting of time and money.
