2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 200 of 2024 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that the motorcycle of informant bearing BR26-R-0897 was stolen which was parked 100ft. south away from the Makhdumpur Petrol Pump.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. His name has come during course of investigation merely on the confessional statement of co-accused Bijendra Kumar. Further submission is that no stolen article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S.
