The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for anticipatory bail was earlier rejected by this Court by order dated 19.8.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 19551 of 2014.

This anticipatory bail application has been filed on the ground that now compromise has taken place between the parties. In such circumstances, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail which

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4967 of 2017 (2) dt.14-02-2017 2/2 shall be disposed off by the court below after taking into consideration the compromise which has taken place between the parties.

The application stands disposed off.
