JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-09-2019 The learned counsel for the Respondents-State has filed a counter affidavit wherein it has been stated in paragraph nos. 14, 15 and 16 that a sum of Rs. 1,56,315/- has been sanctioned on the head of group insurance and thereafter, the same has also been paid. It has been further stated that a sum of Rs. 6,46,604/- has been sanctioned on the head of the G.P.F. with interest and the same has also been cleared by the Treasury vide voucher dated 23.9.2019. Lastly, it is submitted that the leave encashment amount has already been sanctioned amounting to Rs. 4,80,690/- and the same has been cleared by the Treasury vide voucher dated 18.9.2019 and as far as the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16541 of 2019(3) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 payment of salary for the month of February is concerned, the same has also been forwarded to the Treasury. In view of the aforesaid, it appears that no further grievance of the petitioner subsists, however, it is directed that in case, the aforesaid payments have not been made, the same be made within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the Chief Engineer, P.H.E.D, Patna shall not draw his salary. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
