2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 852 of 2022 dated 07.09.2022, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant, who is the Assistant Settlement Officer, Jehanabad has alleged that in pursuance of Letter No. 1818 dated 21.07.2022 of the Land Record and Survey, Bihar Patna, the petitioner and other named accused persons have got their jobs on the basis of false documents submitted by them for the post of Special Survey Amin.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

It is further submitted that the petitioner joined his service as Special Survey Amin on 09.07.2020 after proper verification. It is also submitted that petitioner has been terminated from his service on 02.09.2022. It is further submitted that petitioner has no knowledge of the forged documents. Lastly, it has been submitted that he has clean antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 852 of 2022, he/they shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
