JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2018 Petitioner prays for bail in connection with G.B.Nagar P.S.Case No. 307 of 2017, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 203 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of stabbing of daughter of the informant, due to which she succumbed to the injuries. It further appears from FIR that one months prior to the occurrence petitioner entered inside the house of the informant for which complaint was made and for that petitioner threatened of dire consequences.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 25.9.2017.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
