Counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 354(B), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant on the left side of temple by means of iron rod, as a result of which the informant sustained injury. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no

All the offences are triable by the Magistrate. Single iron rod blow is said to have been given by the petitioner. The allegation of theft has been levelled in order to make the case more serious. The same is ornamental in nature. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the complaint case/F.I.R. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Kuldip Srivastava, learned J.M. 1st class, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Hathauri P.S. case No.110 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
