The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No.182 of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation that the petitioner opened bank account of the informant, but at the time of opening her account he got his own thumb impression embossed and subsequently withdrew money from her account, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. In case, the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being
