Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jogapatti P.S. Case No. 280 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 341, 324, 307, 337, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
