Allegation against petitioner happens to be his apprehension on account of having in possession of stolen tempo. From the seizure list appended with the F.I.R., it is evident that it does not disclose presence of petitioner and that being so, the allegation on its face, for the present became doubtful. Moreover, from Para-3 of the bail petition, it is evident that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner, Jhallu Rai @ Dhallu Rai @ Jhalu Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief
