The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No.152 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 470 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the informant has ancestral land in village Ladema, Block Alam Nagar, District Madhepura. The allegation against the petitioner is that he created forged sale deed alleged to be executed by the father of the informant in his favour and got his name mutated in the revenue records. The jamabandi was created in his favour. The informant filed mutation appeal in the court of D.C.L.R., Udakishunganj, Madhepura. As per allegation, the father of the informant never executed any sale deed in favour of any person. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted similarly situated other coaccused persons have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.07.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No.58167 of 2021. Considering the fact that similarly situated other coaccused persons have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj (Madhepura) in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No.152 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
