JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The husband of the complainant has already been allowed anticipatory bail in Cr.Misc.No.26255 of 2015 by a coordinate Bench of this Court with condition to pay Rs.1500/- per month. The petitioners are relations of the husband. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11943 of 2017 (3) dt.28-04-2017 court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi/Successor Court in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.168 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and subject to the further condition that petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioners in this case.
