JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-08-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 130 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 309 of IPC.

Allegation against the petitioner is that she assaulted the informant by Garasa, causing injury.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and the injuries from both sides and the injury of the informant was found to be simple in nature, which will appear from the Annexure 2. She is a lady, having no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,

No.53959 of 2019(2) dt.28-08-2019 2/2 above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Benipur, District Darbhanga, in connection with Bahera P.S.
