The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with POSCO Case No. 13 of 2019, arising out of Natwar P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019, registered under Sections 376/354©/506 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4/8/12 of POSCO Act and Section 67(B) of the I.T. Act.

The accusation is that petitioner came at the house of informant, who was alone at her house, and taking advantage, developed physical relation with her and also prepared the Video Footage threatened her to viral the aforesaid Video Footage. The informant further stated that this petitioner repeatedly developed the physical relation with her on taking

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after lodging the present case, petitioner performed the marriage with the informant and the marriage has also been registered in the office of Marriage Officer, Rohtas, Sasaram, vide marriage certificate dated 21.06.2019, regarding which, informant has also filed petition in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with the present case, which would appear from annexure 3 series.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-I, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with POSCO Case No. 13 of 2019, arising out of Natwar P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
