The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1907 of 2017 registered under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is submitted that on the allegation of fraudulent withdrawal of money, a report was called for from the police upon which after inquiry from the Bank, the police submitted the report finding no offence against the petitioner as is evident from Annexure 3
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60945 of 2022(2) dt.03-01-2023 2/2 series to this petition. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Complaint Case No.1907 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
