JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2024 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in pursuance to the order of this Court dated 3.4.2024, passed in CWJC No. 21072 of 2021, the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, vide letter dated 29.2.2024, has submitted a list of vacant posts as per roaster to the Department of General Administration, Government of Bihar, Patna, for placing the same before the Bihar Karamchari Chayan Aayog, Patna, for initiating appointment process, which shall be initiated very soon.

In view of the aforesaid and even otherwise, considering the fact that no positive directions have been issued by this Court, there is no occasion to initiate contempt proceedings, nonetheless, this Court finds that the opposite parties have done
